What is a good flour mix for gluten free desserts?

Answer:

I use packaged mixes. I use Bob's, um, one-to-one, one-to-one all purpose baking flour. But there are so many different gluten-free flour and you just never want to use just one or two. You really need a combination. You really want a combination. So the gluten-free suggestions that you know, that I can give people who are looking for gluten-free desserts. Now I'm not gluten-free, but I recognize how many people are. So you, you know, there are a lot of desserts that are naturally gluten-free baked apple poached pear, for example. Uh, lightly jelled fruits creams, chocolate pudding truffles. There are so many desserts that are already gluten-free that you can really go there.
