Question:
After you've cut garlic and there's green, should that green be taken out, does that make it bitter?

Answer:
I have, personally, I have never had that green, but when it does, I just throw it in the ground, uh, and hope that it will grow into a beautiful garlic scape for next year. Um, I'm not sure to of what the answer to that is. Um, I'm sure that, uh, I, I just use everything. But anyway, it's a very good question.
