Do have a suggestion for cooking a batch of Brazil nuts?

Answer:
You can roast them, uh, in a pan on a low heat, or you can roast them on some parchment paper. I think that you're going to get the biggest bang for your buck eating them raw. And I think that you might want to check with your nutritionist because that's what they, um, may have meant. And, uh, you know, Brazil nuts are absolutely beautiful because they grow looking like an apple. And then when you look at that hard shell, there are eight pieces of the, um, Brazil nut in each, uh, round of the nuts. So, uh, it's kind of interesting to see, but I think you're going to eat them raw.
