What is your favorite go-to weeknight meal?

Answer:
Dan, it's anything that is super easy, especially when I'm stressed. So usually I'll have a, I'm gonna take a step back on this for a second. So in the food coach, AC Food Coach Academy, I'm not teaching you specific recipes 'cause I don't believe those are diverse, equitable, and inclusive. What I am gonna teach you to do so that you can teach your client how to cook with whatever they have in their fridge already. So I have these modules that shouldn't be a surprise. So in order to build a a grain bowl, I am gonna choose whatever grains in my fridge, protein sources in my fridge and greens and vegetables. So I have those formulas in my head all the time. So when I go to the refrigerator, I am not thinking so much of, oh, I wanna try Jacque Pepin's new recipe on this. I'm thinking, oh, I wanna, I want a grain bowl, or I want a stir fryer, I want a soup. And then in my mind I'm like, okay, these are the module, these are the ingredients, and I get to choose whatever I have in my fridge and then I whip it together. So those are my really favorite go-to weeknight meals. And I pull together things that sometimes surprise myself and my kids. Um, they're so delicious. And, and that's just how you build your repertoire of recipes when you start.
