What is your favorite plant protein?

Answer:

I have a lot of different plant proteins I use all the time, and that's, you know, I'm not so focused on, uh, plant proteins as much because, uh, I don't think I need as much protein. Like if I were an, uh, you know, hardworking athlete, I definitely need more. Um, but just from my everyday eating, I get all the proteins I need. Typically, probably my go-to proteins, um, are going to be tofu and like a bean and rice combination and that bean switches daily, depending on, um, you know, what kind of food I'm making. It could be chickpeas, it could be pintos and black beans or lentils. Um, and, you know, typically combined with a rice, but not all the time. But that's typically, you know, where I'm going. Like, um, you know, a tofu is a pretty big staple in my house where we have it a couple times a week, um, two to three times a week, depending on, uh, what we're making. But yeah, so I would say tofu, um, and then a bean rice combo are probably my top two plant proteins.
