Any suggestions what to do with the vegetables used to make a soup stock?

Answer:

And back here we are again with this lovely heart-shaped, um, dish. I even have radishes in here, um, and I just throw everything in. I I will put this into the freezer and save it for when I make another stock next week. But, uh, scraps rule, um, and that is, uh, a good thing. I hope you get to make lots and lots of soup I will get from this two quarts of beautiful stock. So, and it makes me so happy because when I see that stock is 4 99 for a quart, um, and that this is virtually free, it makes me very happy.
