How do you get baking paper in the mould properly? Or do you actually always really just cover the bottom and grease the rest?
— Margo de Groot Coenen
Answer:
I almost always just use parchment paper in the bottom of my baking pan and grease the sides and I haven't had a problem. If you need to gr to do the sides, then I would cut a strip and cover it that way. But I just, I find that just using parchment and that is a must in the bottom of a baking pan works really well.
