Question:
I tried to make flowers out of aquafaba. I whipped the aquafaba for 25 minutes until it was very stiff. After I added food coloring, it totally deflated into a soft mush. Any advice?

Answer:
Aquafaba is particular. It doesn't like things like food co coloring or did you, I don't know. Did you use powdered food coloring? It doesn't like that. It doesn't like cocoa powder. So that's my advice is that it's really hard to do. Just use a little teeny bit.
