Are there any way to replace butter or vegan butter with oil?

Answer:

My cakes, my everything that I make, nothing is dense unless I want something dense and I use more oil than I use butter, simply because as I said a little earlier, there was no, there was no good vegan butter available. I mean, vegan butter is margarine. It's just, it's not hydrogenated and it's made with better ingredients today. And depending on what you're making, that's how you're gonna choose the vegan butter that you are using. But the formula is when you're replacing dairy butter or vegan butter with oil, use three quarters of the amount.
