Um, you know, Amazon really has most of the, i, you know, I have feelings about it. But they, if you are a prime member and there is a cost to being a prime member, you can get your um, you can get your ingredients or anything else without a shipping charge. There are, Elizabeth, why don't you send an email to me, fran@Rouxbe.com and I will send you some sources because there are sources for natural foods where the variety is very wide and the shipping isn't very, you know, isn't expensive.
