Question:

Do you prefer one type of non dairy milk over another?

— SUSAN SCHOP

Answer:

It depends on what I'm making. I tend to use oat milk and I like oatley the best. Um, the reason that I like it is it has a nice amount of protein. So, and fat for desserts. And also because, you know, we were, I was saying earlier or someone brought up about nut allergies, I'm, I am considering people who are allergic to nuts. So that's going to leave out almond milk, cashew milk, macadamia nut milk. Rice milk is very thin. It's like skim milk really. I use it occasionally, but not for my cakes. And, um, I don't care for a container of coconut milk beverage. I will use coconut milk sometimes. So I hope that helps. Yeah, I'm an oat, I'm an oat milk person.
