Can you give a quick recipe for vegan ice cream using strawberries?

Answer:
You can start with a cashew cream. In essential vegan desserts. There is a recipe for vanilla pastry cream that is totally blender made and it's cashews and some sweetener and some coconut milk. And if you want it as a tart filling, if you want it really firm, then you add some agar, you can use that and then add, get it frozen, add in some frozen strawberries. Or you can do the ice cream we were talking about. Start with a base of bananas, just a few in your food processor. Or you may have a Jonas machine, I know Chef Char does. And add the strawberries to taste. And that should work really, really well. Um, I just got a, I have a professional ice cream machine that's fabulous. You just plug it in and go. I got it when I was writing my book, vegan Chocolate. And I have a whole chapter on ice creams and it's a wonderful machine. It's very heavy. But I recently got a much smaller machine that's sits right on my countertop and it's a ninja crummy. And, um, oh my goodness, one time I just took a can of pineapple. I added some lime and mint because I think those flavors go really nicely with pineapple pureed them, froze it in this ninja crummy, and I had delicious ice cream.
