Can I make a flakey pie crust with gluten free flour?

Answer:
That's kind of tough. Daniella, I I see people talking about their flaky pie crust and my daughter-in-laws actually gluten-free now a must be. And we've been working on that. My favorite gluten-free flour to use. There are many different ones and different flour mixes. Gluten-free flour, baking flour, bests being a mix. There are a lot of starches in there too. I like Bob's Red Mill one-to-one all purpose. I would add some almond flour if nut allergies aren't a problem and I would make a very small one with very cold fat. But what I haven't been super successful in getting one that I feel is super flaky. So I make a crust, gluten-free crust instead. I think that's easier. So good luck with that.
