What is your favorite dessert to make and why?

Answer:
I don't have a favorite. I just don't have a favorite. I like a lot of them. Well, probably my chocolate cake to live for, which was my breakthrough cake. I'm just gonna turn around for a minute and get something out of the fridge to show you. All righty. This is something I like a lot. Um, it depends on the time of the year. I do a um, orange olive oil bunt cake that people go crazy for. I like that one too. I love my gluten-free brownies. Now can you all see this? This is a chocolate mousse that I made two days ago, two days ago, um, because I had some aquafaba that had to be used up and it held really nicely. I'm just gonna, you can see that's really nice and some of my neighbors tonight are going to get chocolate mousse with a lot of raspberry strawberries and blueberries on top of it.
