I would just say the Forks Over Knives the website has an incredible amount of resources available to you and the class in the Rouxbe archive as well as a number of great recipes there In terms of sites, I would visit food 52 they do they do such a wonderful job of food, but also really of explaining and of really discussing the ingredients and the technique they do a really wonderful job of that America's Test Kitchen as well. I think America's Test Kitchen even has a vegetable cookbook out. So it's not just the magazine but definitely check them out everything that they've ever done is fantastic and very educational. So there you go.
