Question:
What would be the best way to preserve kale so that I can eat more of it instead of it dying out before I can eat it up?
— Tim Hummell
Answer:
Lucky, you lucky lucky you and the good thing. I don't know where you lived him, but my kill grows until October or November. So you've got a good couple of months to still get some fresh kale what I like to do to preserve it is strip it. Cut it or cook it whole boil it drain it let it cool and then just pack it in a container in your freezer. And this way you can use it for all kinds of things for making kale pesto for adding to a soup to having as a side dish and can I happen to know that you're very good with vegetables. So I think that cooking it and freezing. It will probably be your best way to go. And if you have a dehydrator making kale chips is another popular thing that a lot of people do when they have an abundance of Of kale and you know make your own because they're extremely expensive to buy commercially in the store. So that would be my suggestion to you and keep cooking those vegetables.
