I am sensitive to tofu. What is a good plant-based substitute?

Answer:

So my first question is is the is it the soy part of the tofu that you are sensitive to because now there is something on the market called pum flu, which is a tofu that is made from pumpkin seeds. If it's soy that you are concerned about I would definitely look into the pungfu p u m f u it's really really good. and I would use The recipe pardon me the recipe that I would use on it would be the baked tofu recipe that we have on our website. That's just a fabulous recipe. It's got a simple marinade. It's it's my favorite recipe on it. Let me full disclosure here. I never ate tofu until I made that recipe and now it's the only way that I will eat tofu.
