I'm interested in tips for reducing recipes to serve one-two people.?

If a recipe says serves six to eight. You can either divide it in half or divide it into quarters. So instead of having let's say eight burgers you have two and that might be a sufficient amount for you to have if you have freezer space though. Sometimes making a full recipe is a great way to save food share it with friends other things like that. And I'm just gonna speak one one minute because Peggy and I are both such zealots about the waste. Not course. It's co-sponsored by the James Beard Foundation. The course is free. And I often find that when students have finished either Forks Over Knives or a plant Pro that they're feeling a little bit of a void because they're not running to the market every day or their not cooking cooking cooking cooking but are looking for something to sort of help slide them back into a normal life and Peggy. The waste not course is just absolutely perfect because it really does make you think about How we purchase food how we store food how we use food and what we do with food waste and I think that for anybody who is thinking about becoming a chef on any realm that it's a very important thing to think about so Peggy.
