Can I use cacao powder for the Chocolate? I am trying to avoid sugar.

Answer:
So no, um, what you want, this is unsweetened chocolate, right Amelia? And you wanna make sure, um, that it's just dark chocolate, that's all that, oh, well actually this does have a little bit of sugar, not ooh, a little bit. I didn't know that. Um, get unsweetened dark chocolate. That's what you wanna do. The the pellets that you can melt, uh, the cocoa powder to create that, that's not gonna work for you. You have to be able to melt the chocolate and that's gonna take like a c chocolatier to be able to do that. So there are chocolate bars that are just completely dark chocolate.
