Question:
I just froze avocados but I peeled them first, what is the difference?. I just pulled two halves out a defrosted them and made a nice salad. Skin or no Skin?

Answer:
Some people say leaving the skin on protects it from turning color and being bruised by the extreme temperatures of being frozen. I always freeze mine with skin on them. So I think it may be a matter of preference but it sounds as though you had a delicious and beautiful salad. So I think that that is a good thing.
