Well, you want to make sure that your cake is cold when you get started decorating, you know, finishing a cold cake is a good thing. a crumb coat before you go ahead and finish it is a good thing and then there are I know it's here, but I'm going to walk over and get another one. can use something like this. You really want your cake elevated. You want your cake prepared well and elevated. On a turntable so you can see what you're doing and you want to have patience make sure that your cream your cake your creams consider the temperature.
