I have those perforated rings too, but am not sure when to use them?

Answer:

I'm wondering why you bought them. Did you buy them for a particular use or you saw them and you thought those are cute how you use them is you use a you roll out some pastry dough. You cut it out to fit the bottom. Then you cut strips that. Fit along the sides and you get them in and that's how you use them. They make nice tartlets.
