Is there any truth to some foods can help to reduce inflammation? If so, which foods?

Answer:
Absolutely foods can reduce inflammation. They can also pro promote, can reduce inflammation. What's the word for okay, if it's inflammation, inflammatory, yes, there are a lot of foods that inflame our bodies and there are a lot of foods that take away the inflammation in our bodies. You got it coming in and you got it going out. You wanna make sure the processed foods, the, the red meats, the high sugar, high processed foods, which I said before. 'cause I'm right, that you're, you're taking those away and you're adding in those that have anti-inflammatory pro properties. There are certain foods that are really, really strong in that, like the turmeric area I had explained about before. And your dark leafy greens, your broccoli, your tomatoes, your onions, your Omega-3 fatty acids, those are really important to have every day to provide what the body needs to decrease the amount of inflammation and then to get rid of pouring the inflammatory elements into our diet.
