Question:
I saw recipes that use baking soda in soaking of Chex peas and cooking with baking soda. Can I use the liquid as aqua fab?

Answer:
I don't know. I don't know that it would have the same viscosity. As the aquafaba, you know when they do studies about the viscosity and the pH level of aquafaba versus an egg white. They're very very similar. So I think it would depend what it looked like my friends who make beans from scratch. Do not use that water to make you know, whip desserts or whatever very good question.
