I love wraps with veggies but they often drip with liquid from cooking or from tomatoes. How do I avoid this?

Well, I could just tell you eat fast now I drink my vegetables before I put them in a wrap and the same thing. With tomatoes, but you can and then you know, if it is going to be a particularly juicy wrap and you know that because you're the one building it then you want to keep the bottom maybe in some parchment paper or something to hold it, but think about adding a thicker mixture to your vegetables hummus comes to mind. Avocado mashed come just to mine and that's what I would do when I'm draining vegetables that are particularly juicy in order to do something like make a rap. I always save the liquid because generally it has just a wonderful wonderful flavor, so Good luck with your wraps and then you know wear a napkin.
