Ground chia.. .like you grind the seeds in what?

Yes. I grind the seeds. I don't buy ground flax. I have never I've seen it. I don't I've never seen ground. Chia. So I do and what I have is a you know, I have a Vitamix. The tall container. I have a shorter container that is for grinding. Oats and wheat and things like that, but it you know, I don't grind tons of flax and chia at one time. I have a small. Grinder, it's a Cuisinart grinder with a tap that goes like that and that's what I use to grind. My flax for example, like grind flax once a week. I keep it in my refrigerator. That's for my morning oatmeal or if I need to make a flex Egg and I grind some Chia as well and I have it available to me. This is me some plus. I don't want to say oh I'm gonna make a recipe today. Oh, I need a tablespoon of ground flax or grand Chia. I mean, I'll do it if I have to but I would rather have it already done.
