What appliance do you think is best for grinding granulated sugar into caster sugar?

— Mary Jo Dolan

I Want to start by saying that all vegan sugar or organic sugar, which is vegan sugar. And then I always go one more step and I want. to use fair trade sugar if you really look at the different brands in the store, you will see that the colors vary from very very pale. Tan to slightly darker from quite fine looking to a little bit darker. However, even the most fine organic vegan sugar the individual sugar crystal is larger than a white sugar crystal. So when I bring my new batch of organic cane sugar into the house. This is what I do I divided up so I rough up. The sugar that I'm going to use for my cakes the sugar that doesn't have to be caster sugar and if there's anyone here who's unfamiliar with the charm we're talking about we in the states call it superfine Sugar And across the pond. It's known as caster sugar and it is important so I rough my sugar up. In my food processor and then I put it in an airtight jar with the label that says roughed up sugar and the date. Then to make caster sugar I do it in quantity. And I put it in an airtight container and Market I use a high-speed blender. I use my Vitamix to make caster sugar. That's what I do if I needed just a little bit. Maybe I would use my spice grinder, but I never do just a little bit. So yes, I think A high speed blender is best it might work in a blender. I haven't had an ordinary blender in a long time because I burn so many out and then I went to the high speed blender.
