What supplements would you suggest be taken when eating plant based?

Answer:
That's a good one to start with now supplements are a very different thing when you're eating Whole Food plant-based because you'll find that you're able to get most of the nutrients out of your food instead of the supplements, which is a fantastic thing. It also saves a lot of supplements because they're not very cheap. Now there are some supplements. That you'll need to look for that we don't get out of our food as much. I'm gonna let you Google that one because they're a little specific and depending on how strict you are. It depends on what you'll need, you know, but the majority of your vitamins you're going to get out of your food from now on which is fantastic. Again, there are a couple that you'll need to pinpoint to be able to you know, get either from a pill form or start eating certain foods, like seaweed is one of those that I put seaweed in my diet more regularly than some because I like the nutrients I'm getting out of that and my kids the same way. They eat those little, you know, seaweed Norway sheets all the time and they love to sprinkle it down there, you know noodles and stuff like that, too. But yeah, so supplement wise they're you know, it's kind of specific so definitely do the do a Google on what supplement should I take if I'm vegan and you'll find out a lot of information that will take you down a deep Wormhole for that too. But because I'm not a doctor I can't tell you specifically which ones to take.
