Really that's a lot to substitute, so I think you can probably leave the fat out. I mean, you know when someone says oil I think that because it can be Oil, there are a variety of vegetable oils that are healthful. There's vegan butter that can be purchased pretty easily nowadays. We have a link to a recipe for making vegan butter in the course, but you're in you know, there are some this is very important. Actually, there are so many. Good vegan recipes out in the world today by trusted recipe developers and some of them specialize in Sugar oil and egg-free desserts. I mean, I only do egg-free desserts. I do vegan desserts. So there's no eggs. And there's no Jerry. Instead of Reinventing the wheel for your favorite banana bread Christina, I would find one that is already. Whole Food plant-based no oil or SOS and I know they're out there.
