Hello Fran, what do you think about Erythritol?

Well, you know, if it isn't broken as they say don't fix it if that works for you then use it I don't use any of those non-nutratives sweeteners. I don't like the flavor of them and they each can be tricky to substitute because they're much sweeter. I think that of all of them erythritol is as long as you're buying a pure one and a good one is one that you can use a new. Kind of darling of this type of sweetener is alulose and I I mean for me they all have a taste that I don't care for. I think the best thing to do is to combine them.
