I’m serving whipped Flora cream with a tart at a catering event. Have you heard anything about how to stabilize that brand of cream so it can be whipped in advance? -Regina Heon

Answer:

So it can be whipped in advance Flora cream is a Vegan version of a whipped cream topping it has a I mean it tastes it works very well. I have sampled it and I think that it holds very well. so I've made it well in advance and I haven't had to stabilize it so I don't know Regina if this is your first time making it and you've had that problem, but if you're container is fresh meaning the expiration date is in the future. And you whip it for a long time. That should work.
