That is a wonderful course and look forward to eventually. Taking it. Yes, the essential vegan desserts opens up. a new new series opens about every two months but Rouxbe now as soon as a student decide someone decides they want to take the course as soon as you register you can start so we'll definitely be happening in the fall and I can get the date for you if you like.
