Does sourdough have less gluten?

Answer:
Check this is what happens. I just don't know something. So sort of it does have a little less gluten. It's sort of like a gluten light. It's not gluten-free. So if you have celiac stay away and again not doctors not medical professionals not even professional Bakers. So take all what we're saying with a grain of salt. Um, but it does have less gluten what makes it often more digestible to people who have other GI issues not Celiac is the fermentation product process. It gives it some of the probiotics and makes it easier on your digestion. So that's why often it is a better option for people who have gluten sensitivities still not an option for celiacs.
