Question:
Is it possible to make a bread with teff, and preferably SOS free/low.?
— Monique Radstaak Odijk
Answer:
I never made a fall tough bread. I've made in jira before the Ethiopian flatbread. Which is lovely I would highly recommend you try to make that. I would imagine you couldn't use it to bake in. Yeah makeup. I don't know exactly maybe you could look up on on the internet, you know that all knowing internet thing I substitution for TEF and AP flower. I don't know what it would be as a hundred percent there. But certainly if you can substitute in a whole wheat flour, you know with the addition of a little bit more liquid as I just mentioned for every cup of AP flower you remove and replace with whole wheat flour you add in about two more tablespoons of liquid. I don't know what that ratio would be with teflower. So despite having grown up in an Ethiopian or a rich tree and Community as I did. I've never really used the product much outside of making the in Jetta or the bread that they use to eat their food with which I think is well. That's my comfort food. It's my my greatest and favorite food in the world. We're doing anything Ethiopian food.
