— Ruth Charlesworth

Answer:

So not a doctor. I'm a chef. So I do have to start with that. So, you know, but for arthritis you're basically looking for non-inflammatory foods and eating a plant-based diet will really help you with that. So looking for non-inflammatory Foods, you know, just things that aren't you know, I mean you you have a wide variety of different things in the plant-based world that are going to help you from spinach to broccoli. Those whole grains will help too sometimes, you know onions and garlic have some beneficial effects to them as well. Sometimes they considered inflammatory, but You know of if you find that you're eating a plant-based diet, you're eating a wide variety of Whole Foods and you're eating that rainbow. You'll see that a lot of the effects of some different things go away. But again being a DOT like being a chef not a doctor. I can't give you any kind of treatment remedies for something like that. But Whole Foods diet, especially plant-based whole food diet will definitely help with a lot of ailments for a lot of different people.
