Question:
Do you still see health benefits if you eat plant based 5 days a week instead of 7?
— Marie Sow
Answer:
I would say yeah, you definitely would because what you're doing is you're you know, you're avoiding certain things that aren't the greatest for you for at least, you know, those five days instead of the seven days. So you're looking at the two days a week where you're getting cholesterol and you're getting some of the things that are harder for the body to absorb and then the plant-based will kind of be a weekly flush for you, which is great. So, you know eating plant bases often as possible I think is a win, you know, it doesn't have to be every single day if you're not there. That's okay and some people aren't and they want to be able to I don't know enjoy Barbecue on the weekend or something, you know have their cheat days if you want. You know, but if you're eating plant-based, you know one day a week it's better than zero days a week and you definitely will see the health benefits that will change with it. Now your body definitely does go into a different state when you're only eating plant-based compared to if you are eating animal products as well and you'll see a lot more results and health benefits. If you are eating just 100% plant-based, but some people have to start, you know, you have to start somewhere to be able to make that But as far as fiber and stuff like that, you'll definitely see, you know, it's flushing out your body a lot better.
