How can we cook healthy tasty food?

Answer:
You know that it's such a big open-ended
question.
And a lot of it depends upon how fresh
your food is a lot of it depends upon
these spices that you choose to work with one of
the things that I like to do to flavor my food.
So let's say that I'm going to use cumin
Cumin is lovely but before I use it
in a recipe, I will put it over a low
flame and just kind of roll it around in a saucepan
of some nature so that
it's natural oils and flavors can be released and
then I'll add it to my recipe. So that's one of
the ways to enhance the flavor of your food. And
then the other thing is you
probably want to look
at some spices of things that you enjoy but
I also wanted to tell you that one of my favorite dishes
and this is almost embarrassing but
Whole Foods Market happens to have organic brussels
sprouts, they're frozen. They're actually
from Brussels. They're from Belgium and they
are petite and delicious and I
will steam them and I will
put nutritional yeast on them and some hot sauce
and to me the flavor is absolutely delicious.
Sometimes I add a little freshly.
Black pepper just to add some more flavor. So
if you're trying to replicate the exact
flavor of something that you have eaten not
plant-based.
You have to throw that away and sort of develop new
flavor profiles for you to enjoy as you
march down the road to healthy and
