Question:

What cooking tools are needed to begin making sushi at home? I have seen 'Sushi Making Kits' and just 'Sushi Mats.' Any specific recommendations?

Answer:

The things you need at least two things. Other than roaring match one is the pot or rice cooker to cook rice and they're cooking rice properly is really really important. So they use the rice cooker if you already have it and if you don't have it, you can use your pot and they're the best part that you can use. Rice is a big pot. It needs to be big because it there a lot of water bubbles when you're cooking rice. So like and it goes over from the lid and often times. So you need a heavy lid date is sick pot. So for cooking and and another thing you need is if you don't have a rice seasoning tub, which is usually good then you can use either front pan or the how do you call it? Like the Bulky cookware was the the flat base. Like in that it's it has a tupperware, but it's not a problem where yes, it needs to be big and these it requires a lot of like a flat base to mix rice with the sushi vinegar mix. So that's the two things that you need. And then then if you already have a rolling mask then your kids is all right good to go for Rolling Sushi. Awesome. Now, is there any difference in quality? I mean are there artisanal beautiful Hand Forged? Bamboo rolling mats that are somehow better than others or is it just as long as it's solidly constructed? There you go. Um, actually, I don't know but then I I probably don't see many differences between the match the high court.
