What is the difference between vegetable stock and vegetable broth? Can they be utilized interchangably or is there a specific use?

Answer:
You're talking about it in the non-vegan word. It's something that's made from. Animal parts in their whole to create a more viscous type of liquid whereas broth I consider broth to be the finished product. You don't say to yourself. Oh, I have an upset stomach. Let me grab a bowl of stock. We usually say I have an upset stomach. I'm going to grab some broth making a vegetable stock is an art of Labor and love in the kitchen when you're using, you know, vegetable scraps and things like that, but I think if you were writing a recipe you would want to use the word stock.
