My interest is to eventually open a vegan eater in my home town. I wonder if you can share information that would help in creating a healthy business.?

Answer:
Well, first of all, I would love to know where you lived because
as they say location location.
I would say to begin with the needs assessment. I would go
visit other vegan eateries. I would perhaps
look at the network of vegan chefs
that are in your community. We
have a wonderful South Jersey is
