I love sweet potatoes but I’m still learning how to cook them. What is an easy way to bake or boil them?

Answer:
Well from my
experience. I enjoy them
baked.
I enjoy them in a 400 degree
oven. I place them directly
on an oven. Grid. I don't even put them
on a pan and I cook them for about
40 to 50 minutes till they start to caramelize
and get that Uzi.
Dark brown color and I batch cook
them. So I keep them in the refrigerator so that I can
use them throughout the week for all kinds of different recipes.
My favorite. There are
two favorites one is red garnet. And then
I also love Japanese sweet potatoes
as well. So
If you try the Japanese sweets, let me know because they are
a little bit drier of a sweet potato. They're
not as moist they don't have a much water in them, but they
caramelize beautifully and they have a nice
texture and they're almost beige and they
look beautiful in any kind of recipe.
