Question:
With regards to sweet potatoes, do you personally cook the leaves or maybe eat them raw?

Answer:
I don't you I don't
eat them raw.
They're taking over my lawn.
That might be a good problem.
Which is fine, but a neighbor
just asked today if I have been cooking with leaves as well. And I
currently don't I've never cooked with the leaves
from a potato. Usually they die off.
I'm growing potatoes right now in my garden
that I grew from potatoes that
I forgot about.
So what I understand is when the leaves
turn brown is when you pick them for using in
recipes and such. I'm
going to go research that that's a great question and I'm very envious
of you. It sounds like a wonderful
wonderful project.
