Question:
I’ve had a hard time finding a plant-based yogurt that has a thick texture and good flavor. Any advice?
— Marion Mason
Answer:
I have had a number of plant-based yogurts that have been quite thick. And some have you know more Tang than others I buy unsweetened because I like a very Tangy yogurt. So I think you just going to have to try some different brands the coconut milk yogurts are very very thick. I don't prefer them. I like kite Hill Yogurt and I like their protein yogurt. I have tried to make yogurt a couple of times using my instant pot. There's a way to do it with a plant milk and probiotic a nice thick. Plant milk and probiotic, but I have gotten more of what I'd call like a kefir. stoopier than yogurt but I just got some of this I've been going through my pantry. I think my kitchen renovation that I've been talking about for three years and I'd happen. So here's a yogurt. Culture starter and I might try it. So Marion just you know, try it's not very economical to buy this small ones really but try a few different brands and see what you find and for you know for my taste the kite Hill protein unsweetened. It's thick and it's really nice and tangy.
