Is there a good substitute for butter in sauteing and baking that does NOT involve hi-saturated fats like coconut and palm oils?

Answer:

That does not involve High saturated fats like coconut and palm oil. He doesn't mind. Some fat just not lots of saturated fat. Well, I try also to avoid saturated fat and there are ways you can avoid it, you know butter Dairy butter has a lot of saturated fat. Avocados have some saturated fat. It's considered to be healthier. Coconut products have saturated fat. There are people who say that that form of fat is healthful. I don't know. I don't know and then there are people who don't use any fat. So Christopher I would say if you're using fat you're not You're not saying that you're going to do no fat at all. But you want to avoid saturated fat use a nice oil a nice liquid oil. You know, I'm talking about all these Butters but the fact is again, there was no butter when I started developing recipes. I tend to use oil. I like sunflower oil grapeseed oil and extra virgin olive oil. So why don't you try that try using those oils.
