Question:
I tend to stick with the store bought milks for my kids due to the fact that they are fortified with extra vitamins and minerals. I was shocked to see how much sugar that is in the plant based milk!! I am torn. ?

Answer:
Well, yes there, you know, but in the case of the oat milk, as I said that is sugar that comes from the oats. Oh the starch in oats being broken down. It's not added in. So that's something that you just have to decide, you know, look for unsweetened plant milks. There are plenty of them and I don't only use Homemade plant milk. I very I mean I keep these containers around for myself.
