Question:
How do I make pea milk ? I like the taste of ripple Pea milk, so how can I get something similar to this ?
— Yvonne Thomas
Answer:
It's made with yellow lentils. I haven't made pea milk myself, but if you take yellow lentils, I'm not sure if I think I would probably soak them. And add water and in a high-speed blender just blend it up and strain it as you would any milk. There is a lot of protein in pea milk and you know, I have I thought when I first saw Ripple in the markets, I thought it was great. I really liked it. I like the flavor. It's creamy. It's pretty neutral. It depends I gave it to some other people some kids like that some didn't but why don't you try that? It's yellow lentils.
