Question:
Can you mix different plant milks together, if you are running out of one and need some more for a baking recipe?
— Lyn Hoeft
Answer:
Definitely I think when it comes to baked goods. unless a recipe says Use this plant milk or any plant milk, except this one. It should all be fine. The only thing that I find is different is rice milk rice milk is almost like using water and that said rice, you know, but I have used rice milk and it works. So go ahead and mix again. If you're mixing things. I'm always thinking about allergies make sure that you're letting people know. I have a friend who's a loves cashews can eat almonds pistachios peanuts can't have hazelnuts.
