For hot cocoa, I would love a recipe for vegan marshmallows.?

I don't have one that I can give you off the top of my head vegan marshmallows or marshmallows in general are not a quick thing to make but it is doable and I have had students in essential vegan desserts to make vegan marshmallows, but you can find really nice ones in the marketplace. Dandy's is one brand of vegan marshmallows. That's really delicious and I'm with you. I like a marshmallow in my hot chocolate.
