I use gluten free oats. Will they work as well as regular rolled oats?

Answer:

So oats do not inherently contain gluten and that confuses people. The gluten aspect or why we look for gluten-free oats, if gluten is an issue for us is cross-contamination. So yes, they're gluten-free oats will be fine.
