Question:

Which sweeteners are best to worst, and how much should be consumed per day?

— Julz Statler

Answer:

That's another pretty big question. So that's you know a wide variety. of different sweeteners from best to worse probably corn syrup probably being on the bottom of that list or even, you know, some of the diet sweeteners that they have now like Um, like it's aspartame apparently not really a great choice for something those on the worst side on the best side dates is pretty much what I use dried fruit, you know apples. Apple sauce apple juice, you know, but typically something that's more whole environment. So I'm going to use dates apricots applesauce. Something like that to be able to get the sweetener out of something. So, um, you know, if it's dates depending on what you're doing, you might be able to make them into a date Pace by adding water and blending it up. You know it really that's a pretty big, you know wide comparison between like a date and something like high fructose corn syrup because you're still getting all the fiber or something like the date now, how much could be how much should be consumed per day has totally up to the person as well, right? So again the dates much better because you're getting all the fiber with those If it's you're actually eating the fruit itself, you're getting all the fiber and the nutrients that come with that whereas the high fructose corn syrup. Everything has been Stripped Away pretty much except for the sugar. So you're not really getting any nutrients out of it. So you don't really want to do too much of that per day if at all so, you know with the dates you can eat a lot more of it with the high fructose corn syrup. Probably not too much of it, you know beyond that. There's a huge variety between those, you know between like actual fruit like an apple down to the high fructose corn syrup and there's a huge variety between those so we don't have enough time to go through every single one of those best to worst, but there's kind of your end of spectrums looking for the whole, you know, sweetener versus something that's highly processed. I hope that helps a little bit.
